Dan Nix has been awarded Coldwell Banker's International Diamond Society Award, and is a multi-million dollar producer. Dan is also a graduate of the Coldwell Banker Journey to Master Program, which provided Dan with specialized training in several areas of real estate. Dan has also been certified to conduct Quantum Home Tours, which provides sellers with unique and concentrated marketing exposure. Dan has also received his CMMS & CMIS designations. Finally, Dan is ranked #1 in Customer Service for our Bountiful Office, based on consumer evaluations.
Interests and Hobbies
Dan has been a resident of Utah for the past ten years, and loves the outdoors. Biking, hiking, cooking and movies are just a few of his passions. Dan is married to Betsy Nix, who is also an agent with Coldwell Banker.
