The contractor will schedule a time to asses the problem and make a repair or replacement. You’ll pay only a Trade Service Call Fee to the contractor. Once a repair or replacement is complete, and as long as your proper e-mail address is on file, American Home Shield will send you a follow-up customer satisfaction survey regarding the service performed.
