Policy Administration
In an outsourcing partnership, Coldwell Banker Relocation Services is designated by the corporate client as the primary point of contact for its relocating employees. We become an extension of the client's staff. Outsourcing includes relocation policy administration, exceptions to policy and interpretation for the employee combined with a mix of other relocation services selected by the client.

Household Goods Move Management
Coldwell Banker Relocation Services manages the moving of household goods and/or automobiles of the relocating employee to the new location. We ensure that the move is consistent with the corporate client's policy or guidelines. This service can include selecting carriers, monitoring the carrier throughout the move, collecting and auditing invoices and assisting with resolution of claims. Clients may take advantage of preferred pricing discounts on a national level.

Temporary Housing Assistance
We identify needs and coordinate temporary lodging facilities for relocating employees and their families. This service includes: booking the lodging; monitoring the customer's satisfaction with the accommodations, amenities and service throughout the stay; assuring proper notice is given for check-out; and, coordinating payment of invoices.

Expense Management/Tax Reporting
The Coldwell Banker Relocation Team audits, approves and tracks employee expense reports, calculates gross-up, pays expenses when authorized to do so, provides documentation to accounts payable or payroll, delivers periodic reports to the client and prepares year-end tax information for the client and the employee. Employees receive prompt reimbursement of expenses either through company payroll, direct deposit or a reimbursement check.

Lump Sum Administration
Lump sums are frequently used to allow relocating employees greater flexibility in relocating. Coldwell Banker Relocation Services calculates the lump sum amounts for specified components of a relocation, administers the payments to the employee and provides documentation and reports to the corporate client.
